Copper Nickel

Copper Nickel, also known as Cupronickel, is an alloy composed of 70% copper and 30% nickel.

It combines the excellent conductivity of copper with the high resistance to corrosion and biofouling properties of nickel.

This alloy is commonly used in marine environments, such as shipbuilding and offshore structures, due to its resistance to saltwater corrosion.

Cupronickel is also utilized in heat exchangers, condensers, and various electrical applications where both electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance are required.

Its attractive appearance and durability make it suitable for decorative purposes as well.
